 Andre is a highly accomplished Mechanical Engineer, graduating with honors from the Rand Afrikaans University. With over fourty years of extensive experience in the projects environment, a significant portion of his career has been dedicated to the brewing industry. While Andre maintains his keen understanding of project management dynamics, he has transitioned into a pivotal role centered around ensuring client satisfaction and seamless company operations. 

Known for his customer-oriented approach, Andre is widely recognized in the industry for consistently going above and beyond to meet and exceed client expectations. His commitment to delivering agreed-upon outcomes has earned him a reputation for "walking the extra mile," further establishing his standing as a trusted professional. With his unwavering focus on client needs, Andre plays a vital role in driving the company's success and fostering enduring client relationships. 

Richard, equipped with a BSc Quantity Surveying Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, possesses a strong foundation in project management. With over 20 years of experience managing and controlling large multidisciplinary projects within the beverage industry, he plays a vital role as an integral member of the High-Tech Processing management team. His expertise lies in accurately estimating project budgets, effectively managing and controlling financial resources throughout the project lifecycle. 

Richard is well-versed in project scheduling, forecasting, optimal resource allocation, and contract management, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly and efficiently. His combination of academic qualifications and hands-on experience enables Richard to contribute significantly to the success of projects, providing valuable insights and meticulous financial oversight. As a result, he consistently delivers projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. 

Wandile has an Advanced Diploma in Management practice from Henley Business School and a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering. He has over 21 years experience in multi-discipline projects within the food and beverage industry, specializing in Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls. He has been involved in cost estimation, design, cost control and implementation.  

He plays a vital role in the High-Tech Processing management team and has been tasked with looking after business development. His experience, understanding of the industry and client management skills makes him well suited for the task.  

Bob is a seasoned process engineer with more than 25 years of experience in the food and beverage processing sector. He is involved in all project stages, from conceptual design through to project completion, overseeing processes from raw materials to final packaging.

Recognised for his client-focused and practical approach to delivering solutions, Bob has established a reputation within the industry as someone who ensures successful outcomes. His expertise in processing and integration, thorough understanding of projects, and strong commitment have contributed to high client retention, repeat business, and positive working relationships.

Bob possesses a solid grasp of project management principles, enabling him to provide valuable guidance to project managers. In recent years, alongside his process design and execution responsibilities, he has taken on a leadership role at High-Tech Processing, where he mentors and supports the team.
