 Andre is a highly accomplished Mechanical Engineer, graduating with honors from the Rand Afrikaans University. With over fourty years of extensive experience in the projects environment, a significant portion of his career has been dedicated to the brewing industry. While Andre maintains his keen understanding of project management dynamics, he has transitioned into a pivotal role centered around ensuring client satisfaction and seamless company operations. 

Known for his customer-oriented approach, Andre is widely recognized in the industry for consistently going above and beyond to meet and exceed client expectations. His commitment to delivering agreed-upon outcomes has earned him a reputation for "walking the extra mile," further establishing his standing as a trusted professional. With his unwavering focus on client needs, Andre plays a vital role in driving the company's success and fostering enduring client relationships. 

Richard, equipped with a BSc Quantity Surveying Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, possesses a strong foundation in project management. With over 20 years of experience managing and controlling large multidisciplinary projects within the beverage industry, he plays a vital role as an integral member of the High-Tech Processing management team. His expertise lies in accurately estimating project budgets, effectively managing and controlling financial resources throughout the project lifecycle. 

Richard is well-versed in project scheduling, forecasting, optimal resource allocation, and contract management, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly and efficiently. His combination of academic qualifications and hands-on experience enables Richard to contribute significantly to the success of projects, providing valuable insights and meticulous financial oversight. As a result, he consistently delivers projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. 

Wandile has an Advanced Diploma in Management practice from Henley Business School and a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering. He has over 21 years experience in multi-discipline projects within the food and beverage industry, specializing in Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls. He has been involved in cost estimation, design, cost control and implementation.  

He plays a vital role in the High-Tech Processing management team and has been tasked with looking after business development. His experience, understanding of the industry and client management skills makes him well suited for the task.
